Where it all started! Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc.  Then proceed to the track and/or field for running mixed with strength training.  Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at local restaurant (changes periodically, they will announce location typically in the COT after the beatdown). Great opportunity to get to know members of F3 Toledo and refuel from the workout.

    Started this glorious day with the 5 core principles. After that took a quick warmup lap around the property of Tamo. Then we all stood in a circle for a Tabata workout. 40 secs on and 20 secs of rest.

    The moves consisted of an exercise and next was a cardio move. We did that the whole hour with laps around the property intermittently, a total of 4 laps were ran.

    The cardio moves went from SSH, Butt kicks, high knees, mountain climbers, and smurf jacks.

    The exercise moves were in this order:
    Merkins, Horsey Ups, 4 corner broad jump, Big boy sit-ups, jump squats, plank jacks, Lt. Dans, LBCs, Carolina Dry Docks, Inch worms, Mike Tysons, Lunges, and Klinger kicks.

    17 men came out, ended in NOR and the COT. Trinity was the 6 and his message about F3 being a constant and an anchor to help keep him sane throughout this pandemic and the recent riots. Expressed it’s more than just a workout.
