Where it all started! Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc. Then proceed to the track and/or field for running mixed with strength training. Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.
SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at local restaurant (changes periodically, they will announce location typically in the COT after the beatdown). Great opportunity to get to know members of F3 Toledo and refuel from the workout.

Reviewed the core principles of F3. Full disclosure, Danica planned this workout then scheduled a last minute trip to Arizona so YHC was a substitute Q.
Warmup: 20 SSH, 15 windmills, Lap around parking lot.
The Thang:
Bear Crawl 10 yards, run back, 10 Burpees
Bear Crawl 15 yards, Run Back, 20 Merkins
Bear Crawl 20 yards, Run back, 30 Big Boys
Bear Crawl 25 yards, Run back, 40 Squats
Bear Crawl 30 yards, Run back , 50 American hammers 2 is 1
Repeato with Frog Jumps instead of bear crawls
Mosey to the track for a four corners workout.
1st corner – 20 Freddy Mercuries
Run to next corner
2nd Corner – 20 speed skaters 2 is 1

I think we ended up doing 4 laps around the track.
Danica planned for us to do that until time was up but YHC got tired of running around the track so we called an audible. We moseyed to the grass for some Mary. We did two times around of Guantanamo, then a minute plank.
Ended with the six, COT and prayers. Thank you to the 11 PAX who came out.
