boot camp, Perrysburg

Bootcamp style workout. Huge AO! 1/2 mile and .9 mile track. 2 Large pieces of playgroup equipment for pullups and hanging exercises. Over half a dozen soccer and lacrosse fields. The possibilities are endless for your Monday beatdowns!

The First Monday of each month will be a Murph workout in honor of Lt. (SEAL) Michael Murphy.

    The Thang
    4 Exercises, repeated over and over. Different qtys and different time durations
    Pullups, Hand Release WMD Merkins, Lt. NADs, Box Cutters.
    Started with 2, 4, 6, 8 respectively for 2 mins
    Then 4, 8, 12, 16 for 4 mins
    Then 5, 10, 15, 20 for 5 mins
    Then 7 of everything for 7 mins
    Then 10, 20, 10, 20 for 10 mins
    Then 10, 14, 10, 14 for 9 mins

    It was a test of mental strength to repeat the same exercises over and over.

    NOR, COR, 6 was Popeyes, He has been a strong regular thanks to Mile High. Great to see his boys out there consistently as well.

    Prayers for Charmin’s daughter having her surgery tomorrow.
