Bootcamp style workout. Huge AO! 1/2 mile and .9 mile track. 2 Large pieces of playgroup equipment for pullups and hanging exercises. Over half a dozen soccer and lacrosse fields. The possibilities are endless for your Monday beatdowns!
The First Monday of each month will be a Murph workout in honor of Lt. (SEAL) Michael Murphy.

The Thang:
Started off with Mission Statement, 5 core principles, and disclaimer.
Then off to work we went. Event was the monthly Murph for the southern AO’s.
COR, NOR, Know the 6, COT
Patriot was the 6 today. He talked about Huffy being relentless in his pursuit of him, going as far as sliding a piece of paper with the time and address of the AO to him at work. Patriot also spoke of the pride in his F3 nickname, being a citizen of the USA, and that he loves the push and comraderie of the PAX.
Prayers went out for Woodstock’s wife, Chew Toy and his move, and all for safety in travels and work.
As always, it was an honor to lead this group of HIM’s, especially in this workout.
