Bootcamp style workout. Huge AO! 1/2 mile and .9 mile track. 2 Large pieces of playgroup equipment for pullups and hanging exercises. Over half a dozen soccer and lacrosse fields. The possibilities are endless for your Monday beatdowns!

The First Monday of each month will be a Murph workout in honor of Lt. (SEAL) Michael Murphy.

    F3 – Fitness, Fellowship, Faith
    Mission –Plant, grow and serve small workout groups for men for the invigoration of male community leadership.
    The core principles of F3 are that it must:
    • Be free of charge
    • Be open to all men
    • Be held outdoors, rain or shine, heat or cold
    • Be led by men who participate in the workout in a rotating fashion, with no training or certification necessary. You versus you. Modify or stop an exercise if you need to. The most important thing is that nobody gets hurt.
    • End with a Circle of Trust

    I.ndian Bear Crawl Line up head to toe in plank, guy at the end bear crawls to the front, then the next guy etc. While waiting PAX are doing Merkins. One time through the PAX.
    L.t. Danger Lt. Dan’s with a Merkin. The sequence goes lunge-lunge-squat-merkin. 10 reps OYO

    10 yds – 10 Burpees – 10 yds – Plank for six

    P.eople’s Air Presses Sit against a wall and do air presses. Three sets of 10 in cadence
    I.ndian Crab Walk While lined up on your six, the guy in the back crabwalks to the front, then next guy, etc. Guys on 6 are doing LBCs while waiting. One time through all the pax.

    Had to call time at this point. Will save the two “L’s” for another workout!!!

    Called time and ran back to the flag for:

    Circle of Trust with Count-O-Rama, Name-O-Rama, The Six, Announcements and Prayer. Count o Rama – 11. The Six – Ringo. Eh’d by Mile High. Got his name because he likes to play the drums. Keeps coming out partially because Mile High makes him but also because it is a good workout and it makes him feel better, makes him accountable and disciplined. Aye! Announcements. Winter Challenge coming up. Christmas Party on December 14th. Cherry Street Mission dinner service this Wednesday. Prayers for Moana family, Bourbon and his new job, Woodstock’s wife and her recovery from next surgery.

    Moleskin/Spreadsheet from the Gloom:
    • YHC tried to integrate some new exercises to the mix by choosing exercises that begin with letters that correspond to DAILY RED PILL.
    • 50 degrees with a south wind. Rain held off until after the beatdown.
