What the ruck is a ruck? A hike with a weighted backpack (approx 30 lbs) while stopping along the brisk walk to do some invigorating exercise. Excellent 1st F (fitness) and 2nd F (fellowship). If an FNG (Friendly New Guy) is a bit timid to post for a workout the ruck is a great intro to the pax.

Started with mission, core principles and disclaimer.
The Thang: Rucking all around the river side of the fort with a couple of sandbags. Nothing too crazy.
COT: led by Bambi and Van Gogh
The 6: Landslide was the 6, EH by cobra, started working out 5 years ago due to family health issues, got talked into a spartan race, keeps coming out because of the men in F3.
Announcements: F3 impact challenge at the fortress had 125 pieces of food to donate.
