Boot camp style workout.
Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc. Then proceed to the playground equipment and/or field for running mixed with strength training. Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.
SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at Executive Diner on Sylvania.
Today was Fun and Games with Socrates. He set-up Ultimate Can-Jam. It was a very competitive game with lots of good throws, even more bad throws, lots of amazing diving catches and misses. Gap injured himself (no surprise) but somehow seemed to feel better afterwards, also no surprise. Romano proved to be a formidable force with accurate throws and defense snags that seemed to come out of nowhere. We got a great cardio workout this morning. Thanks for setting up this game Socrates.
