Boot camp style workout.
Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc. Then proceed to the playground equipment and/or field for running mixed with strength training. Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.
SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at Executive Diner on Sylvania.
IPC Week 3 – B the EMOM

Pax: Nougat, Jimmy Dean, Cobra Commander, Tupac, Nails, Extra Extra, Bull, Beaker, Ticket, Sideshow (10)
Beaker and Nails help YHC setup a 25 yard out and back cones to run every 2 minutes on the minute. We started the timer and the Pax got to work! As has been the case all IPC, Cobra Commander lead the pack with Nails and Jimmy Dean not far behind! As the Pax finished, the encouragement increased, and everyone picked up the 6 and helped them finish their final laps together.
Set the timer for 2 minutes. Sprint 50 yards every time the timer goes off. Exercises done were:
• 50 Kraken Burpees (3 hand release merkins to a burpee = 1)
Run 400M
• 50 BDE burpees (burpee, to a Bonnie Blair/jumping lunge (1 on each leg), to a squat = 1)
Run 800M
• 50 Bonnie Blairs/Jumping Lunge (right leg-left leg= 1).
Run 1200M
