Boot camp style workout.
Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc. Then proceed to the playground equipment and/or field for running mixed with strength training. Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.
SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at Executive Diner on Sylvania.

Bring back samples of the past IPC with block. Do the following sets of exercises in pyramid order 10, 15, 20, 15, 10. Go through the order 2X
Between each set do the Murder Bunny 20 yard traverse below.
(10) Squirrels (Squats to Curls)
(10) Block Jump Over to Burpee
(10) Blockees
(15) Kettle Bell Swing
(15) Overhead Press
(15) Merkin with Shoulder Taps
(20) Curls
(20) Bonnie Blair
(20) Thrusters
Do the murder bunny routine between each of the sets above.

It was dark , it was wet, it was muddy but we forged ahead. Thought it would be easier that the IPC, but it proved to be just as tough to this reporter.
