Boot camp style workout.

Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc.  Then proceed to the playground equipment and/or field for running mixed with strength training.  Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at Executive Diner on Sylvania.

    OSU is 26-19-2 since I was born, so we’ll use those rep counts for the warm-up
    26 SSH
    19 Windmills
    2 Gummy Worms

    The Workout
    Last game was OSU 56 – Michigan 27. So we’ll do 56 reps, mozie and then 27 reps.
    Do 8 reps each of the following 7 exercises, 56 reps total
    Merkins
    Crunchy Frogs
    Lunges (2 is 1)
    Burpees
    Slo-Mo Merkins
    Klinger Kicks (4 is 1)
    Squats
    Mozie to the flag and back and do 9 reps of the following 3 exercises, 27 reps total
    Monkey Humpers
    Pickle Pounders
    Donkey Kicks

    Split into 2 teams – Buckeyes and Xichigan

    Game #1 – pass relay across the field
    Pass to a team member. If you catch it, keep going. If you drop it 3 penalty burpees, then keep going. Down to the cones and back. Winning team gets to pick an exercise for all to do.

    Repeato the 56-27 exercises from before

    Game #2 – punt relay
    each team member takes turns punting the ball. wherever the ball lands, do 5 merkins, then continue on. Down and back and the winning team picks another exercise to do.

    Game #3 – hike relay
    each team member takes a turn being a long snapper. Do 10 squats each time you reach where the ball finished. As before, down and back and winner picks another exercise for all to do

    Repeato the 56 – 27 exercises from the beginning

    Game #4 – frisbee relay
    toss the frisbee to a team member. If you drop it, 7 4-count SSH. If you catch it, keep going. Down and back and normal exercise award for the winning team

    Game #5 (skipped the exercises, running out of time) Ring the Crayons
    since we had plenty of discs to toss, we split into Buckeyes and Xichigan as we had been doing all morning. Goal was to ring the frisbee on a Crayon. First team with all their frisbees ringed wins. Winning team picks an exercise for all to do.

    Some good chatter and some good acting by Gap. PAX members in attendance – Gap, Nougat, Bull, Tupac, Cobra Commander and Beaker. Q’d by Beaker
