Boot camp style workout.
Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc. Then proceed to the playground equipment and/or field for running mixed with strength training. Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.
SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at Executive Diner on Sylvania.

After going over the mission of F3 and the 5 core principles, the PAX got to work.
In the COT, prayers were lifted up for Nougat’s uncle, Juice’s grandpa and M who is expecting and those recovering from surgery/illness/injury.

THE THANG: We used edge of the parking lot as the center of a wheel and had 4 spokes: through the crayons to the edge of the loop, to the playground equipment, to the stop sign on the south corner, and to the corner behind home base. Each time you came back to the center, you owed 3 burpees before goign to the next spoke. Pax continued around the wheel until time was called. Each spoke had a short list of exercises to complete before returning to the middle.

· 1st visit: 10 Merkins, 10 LBCs, 10 Squats
· 2nd visit: 10 Diamond Merkins, 10 Big Boys, 10 Jump Squats
· 3rd visit: 10 Hand-Release Merkins, 10 V-Ups, 10 Lt Dans
Playground:
· 1st visit: 10 Dips, 10 SSH, 10 Pull-Ups
· 2nd visit: 10 Decline Merkins, 10 Imperial Walkers (2:1), 10 Donkey Kicks
· 3rd visit: 10 Incline Merkins, 10 Freddy Mercury (2:1), 10 Stump Huggers
Stop Sign:
· 1st visit: 10 Mtn Climbers (2:1), American Hammers (2:1), 10 Captain Thors
· 2nd visit: 10 Mike Tysons, 10 Bonnie Blairs (2:1), 10 Crunchy Frogs
