Boot camp style workout.
Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc. Then proceed to the playground equipment and/or field for running mixed with strength training. Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.
SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at Executive Diner on Sylvania.

Seven cones station set up 20 yard spacing along sidewalk, Partner up and complete four (4) exercises at each. Run short lap around park after each station and then advance to next station.
The exercises completed at each station s follows:
Station 1: Thruster 20x, Curl 20x with block
Station 2: Jump Squat 20x. Mike Tyson 20x
Station 3: Broad Jump 20x, T-Merkin 20x
Station 4: Donkey Kick 20x, Diamond Merkin 20x
Station 5: Klinger Kick 20x, Starfish 20x
Station 6; Groiner 20x, Walking Lunges 20x
Station 7: Stump Hugger 20x , Lt. Dans 20x
Pax were tired and complaining (about burpees mostly) and forgot there are 15 minutes left.
So of course more …..Burpees x 15
