Boot camp style workout.
Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc. Then proceed to the playground equipment and/or field for running mixed with strength training. Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.
SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at Executive Diner on Sylvania.

Opening – Brief rundown of F3 purpose, principles, and agenda.
The Thang –
Fun workout focused on cone work and increasing reps from 5 to 25 (by 5’s). Rounds are as follows:
Jack Webs (1-4 ratio) with bear crawl in between cones
Klinger Kicks (4-count)
Mountain Climbers (4-count)
Hello Dolly (4-count)
Run a lap
Stump Huggers (4-count) Lunge between cones
Bicycle (4-count)
Lt. Dan (4-count)

COT- Prayers for our troops, first responders and for F3 with all the support each provide to all of us. Prayers for Cogsworth’s friend to offer peace and comfort as he battles with his illness and that he (and all around) take the time to understand and appreciate that it is God’s will. We may not like it, but it is not ours to judge. Let us all take time to share our talents, time, and resources with those we love and those we encounter.
