Boot camp style workout.
Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc. Then proceed to the playground equipment and/or field for running mixed with strength training. Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.
SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at Executive Diner on Sylvania.
The same four pax members that included Gap, Cobra commander, Trojan, and Cogsworth began the workout by two members jumped rope while the other two completed calisthenics with fifteen reps and running suicides. Once one cycle of exercises was completed the other began to jump rope. This sequence was done for 35 minutes. The last ten minutes stretching exercises were performed. At the end, name and counterama were completed along with COT.
