Boot camp style workout.

Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc.  Then proceed to the playground equipment and/or field for running mixed with strength training.  Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at Executive Diner on Sylvania.

    7 WODs in 1 hour. Each WOD began after set of barbell work. (push press, thrusters, bear complex, squats)

    W1: Cindy AMRAP 10
    5 pullups
    10 merkins
    15 squats
    W2: AMRAP 6
    200 m run
    10 barbell push press
    5 burpees
    W3 AMRAP 5
    up, back, front with overhead log squats and sit ups throughout.
    W4: 400 m log run
    W5: 3×5 barbell squats
    W6: 300 m barbell run
    W7: mobility and stretch work

    COT: Prayed for families experiencing loss, stress, and despair around the holiday season. It was an honor to lead. The next time those men have to do cinderblock thrusters, it should feel light!
