Boot camp style workout.

Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc.  Then proceed to the playground equipment and/or field for running mixed with strength training.  Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at Executive Diner on Sylvania.

    The weather was not so delightful this morning, but 6 strong PAX showed up anyway in -25F weather. Thanks to Nougat’s suggestion we headed to the far side of Start in hopes of avoiding the wind as much as possible. Mission Accomplished.

    Basic Breakdown of the Beatdown
    Mozie over to the far side of Start High School
    Warm-Up with SSH, Wind Mills and Merkins

    Part 1 – 10 SSH, 10 4 count Merkins, 10 Squats, 10 LBC’s then mozie around the loop. Repeato with 9 SSH, 9 4-count merkins, 9 squats and 18 LBC’S then mozie, then continue down until you get to 5 merkins.

    Part 2 – Jump Around to stay warm until Beaker says stop, 10 Mike Tysons, 10 Lunges, 10 4-count American Hammers then Bear Crawl about 25 yards before continuing the mozie, Same pattern as beforee.

    Finished with some Motivatiors, a few Burpees and some stretching. COT in the nice warm spot behind Start.

    To cap off the Beatdown we had Egg Nog and Cobrateria in the parking lot in – 25F weather before heading off to breakfast.

    PAX in attendance – Nougat, Wild Sprayer, Cobra Commander, Sideshow, John Denver and Beaker. Q’d by Beaker.
