Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc. Then proceed to the playground equipment and/or field for running mixed with strength training. Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.
SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at Executive Diner on Sylvania.

SCOOP – use golf balls like dippin dots – relay race where people have to scoop them out of a bowlt and take them back to your team’s bowl. Air Press while you wait. Winning team picks an exercise for all to do
2nd Round – parking lot – 5 cones
5 Mike Tysons, Bear Crawl to next parking space, 6 Mike Tysons, Bear Crawl, repeato until the end of the lot. Wait for the 6. Mozie back.
5 Squats, lunge walk to the next parking space, 10 squats, repeato until the end of the lot. Wait for the 6. Mozie back.
5 dips, crab walk to the next parking space, 6 dips,repeato until the end of the lot. Wait for the 6. Mozie back
another round of SCOOP, this time with your off hand
3rd Round
Ladder Time – 1 Merkin and 10 Monkey Humpers, then 2 Merkins and 9 Monkey Humpers, you get the idea.
4th Round
Everyone leads the group in 5 reps of a cadence exercise. Dauber invents “Peel the Banana.”
