Boot camp style workout.

Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc.  Then proceed to the playground equipment and/or field for running mixed with strength training.  Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at Executive Diner on Sylvania.

    Attendees: Wilson, Nougat, THE Situation, Wild Sprayer, Rocko, Sangria, 2-Ply, Lonzo (Black Swamp), Mercy (Black Swamp), Bourbon (Black Swamp)

    Grab a number from the pot of gold, mosey over to the color of the rainbow and do 17 reps of the exercise listed. Make it through all the colors of the rainbow and grab a new number from the pot.

    Sangria stayed true to form and puked again. haha. All PAX members did great and will try to make sure the “sexercises” in the purple group get moved next time to the station in front of my house on the park.
