Boot camp style workout.

Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc.  Then proceed to the playground equipment and/or field for running mixed with strength training.  Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at Executive Diner on Sylvania.

    It drizzled from start to finish. Walked with cinderblocks to Start high school, did some SSH, and warm up drills.

    6) Heel Touches

    6) Lateral rows
    7) Man Makers
    8) Klinger Kicks

    10) Leg Raises

    1 member of the PAX ran to the end of the side of Start and back, he ended up being the timer. While the rest of the PAX went down the list of the workouts., they also led cadence.
    We went through both lists and mid way through the then did Q choice of exercises after that. Nougat conducted some stretches with us to loosen our muscles.
