Boot camp style workout.
Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc. Then proceed to the playground equipment and/or field for running mixed with strength training. Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.
SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at Executive Diner on Sylvania.

15 SSH, 20 squat, 20 merkins, 20 klinger kicks, 20 hello dolly, 50 Lbc
1/4 mile run, 10 LT Dan, 10 Mike Tyson, 20 big boy
1/4 run
Next ladder style workout, do 5 reps of exercise at each station combo of broad jump, bear crawl, bunny hop in between stations 15yrds
Overhand merkins/broad jump
Lt dans/ bear crawl
Big boy/ bunny hop
Mt climber/broad jump
Finish
High plank/low plank different time at each position more time in low plank
Count down jump squat/squat
Start at 20 jump squats then 19 squats 18 jump squats 17 squats….etc until finished
