Boot camp style workout.
Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc. Then proceed to the playground equipment and/or field for running mixed with strength training. Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.
SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at Executive Diner on Sylvania.

Warmup – SSH, Tempo Merkins, Chain Breakers
Training Montage (20 minutes)
– Teams line up in a row facing the other team from across parking lot, Rotate 1 thrower (both throwers in the middle
– Throw at other team only when they are standing in exercise
– If you catch the ball, thrower has to perform a rep
– Thrower is responsible for getting the back back (exercisers roll/throw back ball)
– Exercises: (4 sets of 5 reps, rotate thrower after each set, then line up for cardio)

Timer Battle – Each Team has a Timer
– Choices (flip cube to determine the activity)

Finale
– Dodgeball! (20 Minutes) – 6 minute halves (best of 5 wins the trophy)
– To get back in, the knocked out player has to perform an exercise
– 1st Time: 15 Merkins
– 2nd Time: 15 Mike Tysons
– 3rd Time: 15 Burpees
– If entire team is knocked out, the other team gets a tally, and a new game starts
