Boot camp style workout.
Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc. Then proceed to the playground equipment and/or field for running mixed with strength training. Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.
SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at Executive Diner on Sylvania.
Post ruck, pre beatdown circle showed 15 men who braved a level 2 snow advisory to get better-ish.
Started with the core principles. We then took ourselves into the snow field with two cones 100 yards apart. We did elevens using burpees and Lt. Dans (all together and IC)
When we finished that (which sucked) we moved to the safety of the parking lot. We counted off in 4s and divided into groups. Each group had an exercise that they would do for 40 seconds and then rotate to the next station during the 20 second break. Groups were: kettle bell swings, weighted squats, atlas stone, 25 lb plate thrusters.
