Boot camp style workout.
Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc. Then proceed to the playground equipment and/or field for running mixed with strength training. Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.
SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at Executive Diner on Sylvania.
Today was a beautiful morning for a beatdown. Here is a summary of what we did. Took a little while to get the tech worked out, thanks for your patience.
Normal Warm-Up
Side straddle hops – 20
Windmills – 15
Chain Breakers – 10
Warm-ups between the cones – jog, butt kicks, high knees, karaoke, back pedal
Split everyone up into two teams
Relay Race – Frogger Relay -squats while waiting
Team that wins picks an exercise for everyone to do
Tabata Workout – 60 seconds on, 30 seconds off

All together – Reverse Native American Walkish – line-up within arms length and Al Gore. First guy runs to the back and gets back in line, repeato until the entire line has finished the distance set by the Q.
