Boot camp style workout.
Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc. Then proceed to the playground equipment and/or field for running mixed with strength training. Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.
SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at Executive Diner on Sylvania.

The Thang –
Moseyed to the Start High School. There we set up in one lane of the parking lot to perform the following:
Big-Boy Sit-ups (1=1)
Klinger Kicks (4=1)
Lt. Dans (1-1)
Starting at the West end, the PAX completed 1ea., then lunged to the East end to complete 2ea. and lunge back to the West. This continued up to completing 18ea.
To provide some relief, the method of movement between West and East end changed to bear crawls after round 6 and backpedals after round 12. Once all PAX completed, we moseyed back to the Oasis.
At the Oasis, we set the timer for 5 minutes. Once started, PAX completed circuits of 10ea. pullups, merkins and dips, repeating until the 5 minutes ran out. Fun was had by all.
COT- Prayers for our troops, first responders and for F3 with all the support each provide to all of us. For those dealing with substance abuse, depression and family members affected as well. For the blessings of life, that we might not take any day for granted and live in and by HIS will.
