Boot camp style workout.
Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc. Then proceed to the playground equipment and/or field for running mixed with strength training. Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.
SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at Executive Diner on Sylvania.

We partnered up for the beat down
8 Large cones with various exercises on each cone. After completing the exercise on the large cone, there was a small cone underneath the large cone. Surprise laps around close park were on the small cone. Surprise laps ranged from 0,.5, 1, 2, and 3 laps around close park.
Large Cone Exercise
1. 30 Man Makers (Pull Ups)
2. 200 Squats
3. 200 Yard Partner Carry
4. 100 Big Boy Sit-ups
5. 40 Merkins
6. 100 flutter kicks – 2 is 1
7. 200 Yard TD pass. 10 yard pass and drop it – 10 burpees, 40 yard pass and drop it – 40 burpees. Complete the pass – nothing.
8. 100 American Hammers – 2 is 1
