Boot camp style workout.
Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc. Then proceed to the playground equipment and/or field for running mixed with strength training. Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.
SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at Executive Diner on Sylvania.

Opening – Brief rundown of F3 purpose, principles and agenda.
The Thang –
Layout of field consisted of 2 cones, one speaker and a lamppost for movement markers. Starting at the first cone, one member of the PAX rolled the die and group performed the exercise together. Once completed, lunge to the speaker and then convert to Squat-180-Twist until the lamppost.
At the lamppost was a second die which a PAX member rolled, and we once again completed the exercise rolled and then sprinted to the second cone. Once there, we jogged back to the beginning and repeated the process. This continued until the last 10 minuets of the workout.
For the last 10 minutes, the group took turns rolling a third die which had yoga/stretching movements which we would compete as a group. Fun was had by all….
COT – Prayers of comfort and healing for Nougat’s family dealing with the loss of their beloved dog (especially his son with his first heartbreak). Support and peace for those dealing with loss. Prayers for the men and women of the military and first responders that give us the freedoms we so greatly appreciate. Prayers for those dealing with COVID-19 and the healthcare workers who are working hard to provide comfort, aid, and support.
