Typical routine: warm-up with merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc.  Then proceed to the track and/or field for running mixed with strength training.  Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

    Warm up
    15-SSH, 10 windmill, 5 burpee jacks, 10 imperial squats, 5 diamond jacks, 5 merkin climbers, followed by Indian run around school.

    Da Thang
    Partner work out, one pax did exercise while other ran, running distance was similar to suicide run, each point little further. Alternated exercise/run until combined rep count was meet.

    40- burpee jacks
    100- squat walkers
    200- Freddy mercury
    40- diamond jacks
    100- drop squats
    200- v-ups
    40- merkin climbers
    Finished with 100 LBC together
