Boot camp style workout. On the River. Amazing way to watch the sun come up and start the day with sweat pouring over your rejuvenated soul. Some ramps, lots of steps, a little concrete, a little grass, all the fixens for beautifully scripted beatdown!

Best Parking is on Cherry Street. **Please be considerate when you park on the side streets, keep the Mumblechatter at a minimum out of respect for the residents.**

    The Thang, Circuit Training:
    We had 4 stations, each station had three workouts. Each workout was 40 second amrap and 20 second rest between each excersise. After you completed all three excersise at your station you move to the next station and rotate continually until the 45 minute workout is complete.

    Station 1: was a 3 minute long stair run, no break.
    Station 2: Dips, Box Jumps and Hello Dolly’s
    Station 3: Burpees, American Hammers and Flutter Kicks
    Station 4: Merkins, LBC’s and Plank

    We ended in the COT and Prayer.
