Boot camp style workout. On the River. Amazing way to watch the sun come up and start the day with sweat pouring over your rejuvenated soul. Some ramps, lots of steps, a little concrete, a little grass, all the fixens for beautifully scripted beatdown!

Best Parking is on Cherry Street. **Please be considerate when you park on the side streets, keep the Mumblechatter at a minimum out of respect for the residents.**

    Twas a frozen, snowy morning. YHC was pulled over en route but let go in record time with a warning. ✊

    PAX were asked to bring a coupon of choice, cinderblock or larger.

    Warm up- down path and back (1/4-1/2 mile), 30 SSH in cadence, 15 burpees, 15 imperial walkers, 10 lt dans.

    EMOM: 15 weighted squats, 5 (2 is 1) weighted step-ups. 8 minutes. (No coupon mod – 20 squats, 10 step ups)

    2 minutes of run or steps (conditions)

    EMOM: 10 straight leg deadlifts, 5 jump squats, 5 lunges (2 is 1) 7 minutes (no coupon – 20 dl, 10 lunges)

    EMOM: 15-20 merkins, 7-14 thrusters – 5 minutes (no coupon – prisoner squat to air press)

    Running in the snow cut speed down, but it definitely hit an up button with all the leg work.

    Ended in a COT with Gepetto the 6.

    Was fun being back at the wall.
