Bootcamp style workout that uses the track, plenty of open grass, and a large parking lot. Meet at the basketball courts!

    Spring break at stone Wolfe

    Started with the 5 core principles. Warmed up in cadence.

    For a change of pace we ran over to a central trail elementary (it’s furthrt than you think) but we made it safely.
    Once there we did HIIT using the swing for pike ins, high knees and lunge run. We then mosied to the central parking lot and continued intervals w merkins, LBCs and mountain climbers. We ran back to stone Wolfe (it’s farther then you think).
    We headed to the bleachers and on my count completed 20 incline merkins, 10 step ups on each leg, derkins, and triceps dips

    We then found a 40 yard stretch and competed apple turnovers.
    Crab walk to bear crawl. Run back
    Bear crawl to lunge. Run back
    Crab walk to lunge. Run back
    Crab walk to bear crawl.

    Last move was to shield wall lunge 50 yards to the flag. It was ugly and mumble chatter was high.

    We pre determined Danica would be the 6 as he volunteered to share his journey with mental health issues.
