   4/20/18
   Timberstone
   PAX: Oscar Mayer, Wiggum, Hedgehog, Norwood, Mr. Belding, Sipe, Romano, Bluto, Wake and Trinity

   The Thang:
   – Belding, Wake and Hedgehog got 2.81 miles in before the rest of us even pulled into the parking lot. Good work men.
   10 deep for Friday run club is a strong showing.
   – Reviewed 5 Core Principles.
   – Oscar Mayer, Norwood, and Wiggum went for a ruck around the track while the rest of the pax ran down Holt Road. Approximate distance was just under 4 miles with a good mix of paces amongst the group.

   We closed out with a CoT and prayers for Hedgehog’s good friend’s father-in-law, vigilance in the wake of the attempted kidnappings in Adrian, MI and closed on a positive with the news that YHC’s brother and wife are expecting their first child.

   Moleskin: YHC did not notice any 4/20 celebratory parties during our run, but I did see a shooting star. Due to the poo-mergency that Belding and Hedgehog were dealing with, YHC was in such a hurry that I completely skipped over Count-o-rama and Name-o-rama. YHC won’t make that mistake again, but hopefully it ensured those that were rushing for their morning constitutional made it without issue.

   In closing, best of luck to all of the pax running this Sunday in the GCM whether in the Full, Half or relays!
