   PAX: 15 total (including 1 FNG) – Mr. Belding, Motorboat, Springs, 567, Wiggum, Froman, Hoff, Voldemort-FNG, Trinity, Kitty, Bluto, Cyclone, Woodstock, Rooster, Modell.

   Modell kicked off the morning with the F3 mission and 5 core principles – hung over from popcorn and ice cream the night before at the F3 Mudhens game with the M and shorties, he needed some help remembering that the principle of open to all men! Trinity and The Hoff invited an FNG and Modell told the new PAX to stick with Trinity to navigate the route.

   The PAX split up, some running the standard neighborhood route and others rucking around the track. At the close, all men had run or rucked 3-4 miles. YHC reiterated the you vs. you nature of F3 Toledo for our FNG as well as the growth and improvement each man sees and the support and push he receives from the PAX.

   COT included: COR, NOR, BOM. The PAX welcomed FNG – Voldemort (the one who must not be named, as he was hesitant about receiving an F3 name). Prayers for the PAX, family, friends, health & healing, safety in the heat, and gratefulness for blessings of family, friends, and life.
