Backblast for Run.
QIC: Wake
PAX: Kato, Kitty, Hedgehog, Dauber, Trinity, Sideshow, Springs, Green Peace
Also in attendance was Splinter, Ozzie, Gap and maybe Mater. These guys pre-ran this run and cut out before COT to head to Bible Study.
The Thang: We started with the 5 core principles, then by gathering the opinion of the attending PAX as to run the regular route or change it up by shortening the route and completing a little sprint work at the end. We ran Holt Road to Brint and back to the AO without the turn-off cul-de-sacs. Once the 6 was in, we moseyed to the track. We ran 4 40yd sprints in flights of 3 PAX each. Fasted guy moved up a flight for the next round, slowest guy moved down a flight for the next round. Upon completion, we moseyed by to the shovel flag for COR, NOR, and COT.
