   Pax: Belding, Mole, Bluto, Scrum, Thunder Lips (FNG), Beaker, Usain, Link, Mater, Dirty, Brita, Ticket

   12 men gathered in the cool gloom to get in a fun run or ruck. Usain was heading to the track for a ruck when YHC rolled in at 20 after 5. The other 11 were there to run. The group was a little smaller than in recent weeks. But, several regulars were working on week 4 of the Iron Pax Challenge.

   As we circled up before the start, YHC noticed an unfamiliar face. We welcomed our FNG to the middle of the circle, and YHC went over the mission of F3 and 5 core principles. Also, we reviewed the route up Holt Rd and back and possible alternate routes for more mileage.

   We stepped off and put in some miles. Mileage ranged from 3 – 4 miles. Along the way, we passed a recent FNG, Deuce, out for a morning jog.

   When all PAX returned, we gathered for the COT, with the COR, NOR, Know the Six (Mater, who has found accountability, men of faith, fellowship in F3), and named the FNG, Thunder Lips. We ended with a BOM with prayers for Dirty’s sister who had a baby due any minute, the Nowakowski family, and Bluto and his M’s pregnancy.
