Running for Fun
9 PAX posted for today’s beatdown, “Running for fun”
The Thang:
We started out with the 5 core principles and told everyone to listen to their body and know their own limits. Then we went out for the run.
Run out Holt Rd. from the Timberstone parking lot to Brint Rd. for 3 miles. By adding the Sweetwater and Paul Place cul-de-sacs, the track was stretched to 4 miles for those who chose to add the distance.
• Count-O-Rama: 9
• Name-O-Rama: Jeter, Beeker, Cousteau, Mater, Mr. Belding, Sideshow, Ticket, 1 FNG, and Mole as Q.
• Know the 6: Sideshow
• 1 FNG, Mitch Biller, who will now be known as Trowel. Mitch is a bricklayer and was a mechanic on jets in the Air Force. He was
headlocked by Jeter.
• Prayer Intentions – We prayed for a family that is dealing with the sudden death of a husband/father and for the daughter of one of
Ticket’s co-workers who is dealing with an illness. We gave thanks for F3 and asked for blessings over the families of the PAX. We
asked for God’s assistance in our efforts to impact others in our sphere of influence.
