Get in a Little Running
Stone Wolfe

Pax: Mole, Beaker, Sideshow, Trinity, Ticket
5 men gathered in the brisk gloom to get in a little running. Reviewed F3’s 5 core principles, the planned route for the run, and opportunities to add mileage. With that, we started off on our run and put in 3 – 4 miles.
YHC and Beaker added to our normal route, putting in just under 4 miles and were last to arrive back at Stone Wolfe. We gathered for the COR, NOR, Know the Six (Sideshow), and closed it up with BOM with prayers for civility, humility, and patience.
