AO: Friday Run at Pacesetter

We did the welcome intro, touched on the core principles and took off. 7 runners and 1 rucker.
COT: Know the 6 – Shmales was the 6 today. He was headlocked by Trapeze and expressed his appreciation for this group as he indicated there is no way he would get out of bed at 5 in the morning to do this on his own. We closed with a prayer with a focus on those families dealing with a recent loss or those facing a difficult battle with illness. We prayed for the troops, first responders, and gave thanks for F3.
It was a good morning. I am grateful for the privilege to lead – Mole.
