Mosey to track, partner up with some equal size and speed
Round 1: 150 Squats between the partners: One Squats the other runs 1/4 Mile (back 100 hundred yards run backwards) Once 150 reps have been obtained plank till all teams are done
Round 2: 150 Dips: Repeato Run and Plank just like before
Round 3: 150 Big Boy Sit ups: Repeato Run and Plank
Round 4: 150 Merkens: Repeato Run and Plank
Round 5: 150 Plank Jacks: Repeat Run and Plank
Round 6: Toe Raises: No Run
