Bootcamp style workout that uses the track, plenty of open grass, and a large parking lot. Meet at the basketball courts!

    Today was Sipe and Sleeves co-queue and Sleeves VQ.

    Sipe gave the principles and Sleeves warmed them up with side straddle hops.

    Then Mr Big Chest queued up Sally.

    After 50 Lbc’s oyo, Sipe led 10 wide curls, 10 1/2 way up curls, and 10 1/2 way down curls. Repeato.

    Then Sipe led hammer curls and weighted plank twists.

    Sleeves then took over.

    Sleeves led 10 shoulder presses, 25 squats. Repeato 2X.

    Then Sleeves led a weighed mosey to the bleachers.

    He then did 1 minute of dips, 15 decline merkins, 10 triceps kick backs each arm, and 10 flys. Repeato.

    Then weighted mosey back to the flag where we did 10 burpee renegade rows upright rows in cadence.

    The 19 pax’s were Sleeves, Hedgehog, MacMurray, Beaker, Tidwell, Ollie, Minnie, Cousteau, Brute, Jeter, Mole, Klinger, Animal, Dirty, Poodle, Rabbit, Bullock, Dr Nick, and Sipe.

    On behalf of Sleeves as well, it was an honor.
