Warm up with some Michael Phelps and Partner Leg Stretches
Mosey to track/Indian Lap around the track
Partner up: start at the 50 yard line on the east side: 50 partner sit ups
Jog to the 50 yard line on the west side: 50 squats to toe raises
Jog back to the east side: 40 dips
Jog backwards to west 50 yard line 40 partner merkins
jog backwards back to east side: 30 LBC
Jog back to west side: 30 MT Climbers 2 is 1
Jog back to east side: 20 decline merkins
Jog backwards back to west side: Jack Webbs: 1 Merkin 3 shoulder presses up to 5 merkins
Jog backwards to east side: 10 burpees
Jog back to west side: 10 burpees
Once completed ladder back up. Every odd lap around the track run forward, every even lap backwards
