The Pax: Belding, Chapo, Pixar, H2, Nails, Sipe, Marilou, Mickey, Brita, and Bagels
MEH-MERKINS, ELBOW PLANKS & HAPPY JACKS
Kept it simple and hard. Two lines of five guys. First guy did a 40 yard farmers walk with 90 lbs. as the rest of the gang did Merkins. Next man walked and the pax did elbow planks. After elbow planks, happy jacks ensued. Repeato with the MEH theme. Twice through the line. After two revolutions, we engaged in a nice .3 mile mosey through the parking lot.
All of this Repeato X4. RAK-ed it!
