   12 PAX assembled for Mailman’s Midweek Madness. Q Mailman. 6 Sideshow

   Rose and Sipe showed up with shovel flags and after staking them in the ground we went over the core principles and then headed to the track for the beatdown.

   We did a re-run of Friday’s workout at the FUSE a few weeks ago. We did B.L.I.M.P.S. as well as running 200 meters. We did the following:

   Burpees (5)
   LBCs (20)
   Imperial Walkers (20)
   Merkins (20)
   Plank Jacks (20)
   Squats (20)

   We did these in a ladder format and ran 200 meters between sets. We started with the full ladder, went down to burpees and then climbed back up the full list. Total distance was estimated at 1.25 miles in between sets.

   Thanks to Friday for having a great “go to” beatdown! Sideshow was the “6”. He is an inspiration to all PAX. The fact that he shows up and shows out daily is incredible! I would kill to be in his shape at that age!

   Prayers for Cogsworth’s friend John. His mother has cancer and has a few weeks to live. Prayers for strength for the family. We also prayed for Rose’s son. it is his 4th birthday today. Happy Birthday!! We also recognized how great it was to workout with the sunshine coming up over the trees and the warm weather.
