   Thang: A 56F morning a nice and warm, expected some rain but nothing showed. A non traditional route through the woods and then several laps on the track for the older guys with bad knees. Did a 3.66 miles total. Good conversations serious conversations.
   Fletcher was the 6, been out for just over 8 months, newer to the area and so glad he has F3 for accountability in his life. a family with 2 kids keeps him on the go all the time but he has is time through the workouts and run
