Boot camp style workout. At Woodland Park. Two large Playgrounds, Frisbee Golf Course, 1 Mile Dirt Track, HUGE Field. Plenty of space here to craft a diabolical smokefest for even the strongest PAX.
Entrance is off East Boundary. Kip Boulis Drive.
SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at Lamplight Cafe and Bakery located at 121 W. Indiana ave. Great opportunity to get to know members of F3Toledo and refuel from the workout.

We started the day going over the F3 mission statement and our core principals.
That was followed by Count-o-rama.
We started the beat down with Catch me if you can! We ran one loop around the large trail in a single file line. The last person in the line did 5 burpees and then ran to the front of the line. The new last person now did 5 burpees. Repeato until we return to the start. We ran 1 mile and each PAX did 5 burpees
Next we did 200 Merkins, 100 Burpees, 100 Big Boy Sit-Ups and 2 small laps for Round 1. The PAX divided each exercise into groups of 20, 10 or 5 to get through the exercises.
Round 2 was 200 squats, 100 American Hammers and 100 pullups. Once again the PAX divided each exercise into groups of 20, 10 or 5 to get through the exercises.
Each PAX completed round 1 and most nearly completed round 2.
We finished the beat down with a 1 mile Indian Run, no burpees this time.
We then circled up and did a count-o-rama and name-o-rama.
Casper was the 6.
We then did announcements, prayer intentions and ended in a circle of trust.
