Boot camp style workout. At Woodland Park. Two large Playgrounds, Frisbee Golf Course, 1 Mile Dirt Track, HUGE Field.  Plenty of space here to craft a diabolical smokefest for even the strongest PAX.

Entrance is off East Boundary. Kip Boulis Drive.

SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at Lamplight Cafe and Bakery located at 121 W. Indiana ave. Great opportunity to get to know members of F3Toledo and refuel from the workout.

    PAX: Virus, Landslide, Kitty, Spaulding, Pixar, Shrinkage, Monopoly, Mad Dog, Brute, Ollie, Charmin, Revere, Spotlight, Ringo, Cogsworth, Baxter, Stark, Cobra, and 1 FNG Jeremy Ballert – Schizo

    Welcome – F3 Mission and 5 Core Principles

    5 minute Burpee Challenge to Metallica’s Enter Sandman. Do as many as you can in 5 minutes, write down number after. Total burpees completed by the PAX 1065. Most done by an individual was 78. Average Burpee Total for the PAX was 56.

    Head to the playground for a circuit of 4 stations. PAX splits up into 4 groups at stations and continue for as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes.

    Stations:
    1. Deep squat jumps to each level of picnic table up and down x 15. Modify – step up.
    2. Balance walk on top of the backrests of the 7 benches, duck walk between benches. Modify – duck walk the seats.
    3. Ninja traverse climb across the low bars trying not to touch the ground, then climb over the 2 zip slide bars, partner assist when needed. Repeato.
    4. Climb on the standard monkey bars and then across the parallel bars, partner assist as needed. Repeato.

    Grip Challenge – PAX dead hang for as long as possible. Once drop out, go hold leg lift. Awesome job to Revere and Stark who fought it out longest.

    Mosey to field. 100 yard bear crawl. 100 yard army crawl. Hold plank when finished.

    Mosey to Betty the Bell. Ring of Fire – Hold reverse plank, each PAX takes a turn running to ring bell then back to their spot, 1 dip every time bell rings. Then arm locked sit-ups as a group circle x 25 while an astounded park walker stopped in awe. Finish with Guantanomo with each PAX having to complete the circle before next guy goes.

    Count-o-Rama, Name-o-Rama, COT.

    Prayer intentions for Cogsworth and an undertaking he is facing on Thursday, Adam who is having open heart surgery, Pixar’s 16 year old daughter who will begin driving and all the young kids on the road, safe return of the guys on the GORUCK, and great prayer by Brute to close us out.

    It was an honor to lead today and the American Ninja Warrior course has nothing on F3!
