Boot camp style workout. On the River. Amazing way to watch the sun come up and start the day with sweat pouring over your rejuvenated soul. Some ramps, lots of steps, a little concrete, a little grass, all the fixens for beautifully scripted beatdown!
Have to park at Hood Park, Downtown Perrysburg, or one of the side streets (i.e. Cherry, Walnut, or Second Street).

Station 1: Mini Iron Mountain – Complete reps and then run up and down the steps
– 10 Side Plank Burpees
– 20 Regular Burpees
– 30 Plank Up Downs
– 40 Australian Push Ups
– 50 Flutter Kicks
– 40 Side Straddle Hops
– 30 Skiers
– 20 Dips
– 10 Merkins
Station 2: Original Wall Station Work
– 10 Box Jumps
– 15 Incline Merkins
– 20 Dips
– 30 Calf Raises
– 20 Tavoltas
– 20 Flutter Kicks
– 30 Lunges
– 15 Slow / Fast Merkins
– 50 LBC’s
Station 3: Chutes & Ladderless Loop
– Sprint up the ramp followed by 10 squats
– Sprint down the ramp followed by 1 merkin
– Repeat until 1 squat and 10 merkins
Finished with 3 minute plank hold, COT, name ‘o rama, and prayers.
