Affectionately coined Mount Doom since it is one of the few hills in Toledo area. Weight training workout that typically takes advantage of the hill during the 60 minute beatdown.
BASIC TRAINING
Q SPEEDO
PAX: Belding, Simmons, Mickey, Pixar, Dirty, Palin, Gadget, Gout,
Warmup: 15 Side Straddle Hops, 15 Pushups, 15 Squats
Band Workout
-Legs Front, Side Back 20 times x 2
Arms 20 times x 2
THANG:
9 Stations: Pullups, Wall Sit, Squats, Upward Row, Thrust with block, Jump Rope, Lunge, Plank (while studying Military Ranks) Running
The runner is our timer out to Parking Lot 94 and back and all will shift stations:
-At the end Q asked questions about the ranks and if the PAX got it wrong we did more pushups, squats, etc.
COT: Announcements/Prayer 6 was Belding.
