After going over the mission of F3 and the 5 core principles, the PAX got to work.
In the COT, prayers were lifted up for our troops and first responders.

THE THANG: At each spoke, guys took turns running to the end of the spoke and back while the rest of the group did 10 reps of each exercise until all reps were complete. Once station was completed, the group moved one station clockwise around the circle until time is called.
