Faith Hill
PAX: Mayor, Worm, Mr Belding, Sidshow, Bulto, Scrooge, Colonel, Sipe, Hedgehog, Froman, Glitch, Splinter, Android, Ticket, Kitty, Oral B, Hustle, Honeymoon, Poodle, Jimmy Dean, Modell, Rose
The Thang: The PAX Circled up at 0530 on a cold 25 degree morning for the F3 core principles.
The PAX warmed up with a brief jog then set up at the bottom of Faith Hill for 3 sets of hill 7s
Set 1 bottom – Burpees
Set 1 top – Squats
Set 2 bottom – Merkins
Set 2 top – Imperial Walkers
Set 3 bottom – LBCs
Set 3 top – lunges
Each trip up the hill was done as a bear craw, with a run back down.
The PAX finished with 50 flutter kicks in cadence.
The Q ended with a COT and prayers for:
Worms friend Dan battling stage 4 cancer

Splinters daughter on her 7th bday
