Affectionately coined Faith Hill since it is one of the few hills in Toledo area. Bootcamp style workout that typically takes advantage of the hill during the 45 minute beatdown.

QIC – Mole
PAX – Tupac, Colonel, Ozzie, Ollie, Mayor, Beaker, Johnny, Toothpicks, Trinity, Bagels, Sipe, Cobra Commander, Cogsworth, and Mole as Q.
We divided into two teams and there were seven stations.
Station 1 – Run down the hill, do three burpees, run back up, and do 5 pull-ups, 10 merkins, and 15 squats. This was the timer station.
Station 2 – Alphabet Squats
Station 3 – Plank while alternating knee to elbow
Station 4 – Hand Release Merkins
Station 5 – Man Makers
Station 6 – Big Boy Sit Ups
After each round we did an indian run around the building.
We wrapped it up with the Circle of Trust. Cobra Commander was the 6. Announcements were made and a prayer was said.
It is always an honor and a privilege to lead.
